All custom ordered product sales are FINAL. Personal items for decoration are welcome, however we can NOT take responsibility for any damage that may occur during the decoration process. This includes anything from friends and family that is brought in. For all customer supplied merchandise, a waiver must be signed - No exceptions. While we try to be perfect, machines do make mistakes and we are unable to provide a replacement or guarantee any customer supplied product. By working with us you understand this risk and agree to provide a replacement at your cost. UBY will however re-decorate without charge to help offset the cost of replacement. Our normal turnaround time is 3 weeks.
