All custom ordered product sales are FINAL.  Personal items for decoration are welcome, however we can not take responsibility for any damage that may occur during the decoration process. This includes anything from friends and family that is purchased at cost or brought in. For all at cost merchandise, waiver must be signed- No exceptions. While we try to be perfect machines often make mistakes and we are unable to provide replacement or guarantee any product provided or purchased at cost. By working with us you understand this risk and agree to provide a replacement or cost of replacement. UBY will however customize there-do at no additional cost. Our normal turnaround time is 3 weeks.
